PARCEL LOCKERS AND POST OFFICE PICK-UP

SHIPPING TO A PARCEL LOCKER WITHIN GERMANY IS POSSIBLE. PLEASE ENTER YOUR POST NUMBER IN THE "ADDRESS LINE 2 / COMPANY" FIELD. ENTER THE TERM "PACKSTATION" AS WELL AS THE NUMBER OF YOUR PACKSTATION IN THE "STREET AND HOUSE NUMBER" FIELD. SHIPMENTS WITH A MINIMUM SIZE OF 15 X 11 X 1 CM AND A MAXIMUM SIZE OF 60 X 35 X 35 CM ARE SUITABLE FOR DELIVERY VIA PACKSTATION.

IF THE DHL COURIER CANNOT FIND YOU AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE HANDED OVER TO AN AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT DESIGNATED BY YOU, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION CARD. WITH THIS CARD, YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE AT THE SPECIFIED BRANCH BY PRESENTING AN ID WITHIN THE STORAGE PERIOD OF 7 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT THE PACKAGE WITHIN THE STORAGE PERIOD OR DHL CANNOT REACH YOU EVEN AFTER A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AS UNDELIVERABLE.

SUCH AN ERROR MESSAGE USUALLY APPEARS IN THE FORM “SHIPMENT 123456789 IS CURRENTLY UNKNOWN TO US” OR “THERE IS CURRENTLY NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT NUMBER 123456789,” BUT DON’T PANIC – YOUR PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY. IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEMS AFTER 24 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
